Jah Herbs began at the counter — people walking in, asking questions, leaving with something that helped. As demand grew, so did the need for a system that treats a walk-in sale and an online order as the same thing.

Today every product, price, member and payment lives in one place. When a member buys in store and again online, we see one history and one lifetime value. Stock moves are recorded with the reason and the person responsible, so the shelf and the screen agree.

We keep our claims measured. Herbal products support wellbeing; they are not medicine. Guidance on age limits, disclaimers and payment terms is maintained by our team and can be adjusted as South African requirements change.
